President Trump keeps tweeting about the whereabouts of Barr and the FBI. Why aren’t they doing anything? Where are they? Really? If they AREN’T doing anything, why hasn’t Trump fired them? I think they are going to come out with guns blazing! Trolling at its finest!
I thought about this the other day. Imho it is a tactic. He knows they are not doing nothing. Plenty of evidence they are: DoJ plane going to Toronto, staying for 3 days, and then back. Yesterday (or was it today? Time goes fast...) DoJ plane going to GA for a few hours and then back. Barr saying about a week after the election that investigators were on it and more assets would be used. WOman who saw shredder trucks contacted FBI and she said they were wokring on it. Some witness (GA or PA??) said FBI questioned her after public hearing.
That’s all I can remember off hand. So why did or does Trump say this?
1. Appear weak when you are strong.
2. Give the enemy confidence so they overplay their hand, get even more open, step over the line more obviously.
3. Then when the DoJ does what they’re going to do (election fraud is a federal crime so they will be doing stuff to people), it will not look as though the DoJ or FBI are Trump’s obedient lapdogs. 0bola used all agencies as his personal tools to use to go after his enemies. Trump is distancing himself (also with Sessions for perhaps additional reasons yet to be ascertained) to make it clear that the DoJ/FBI are just doing their jobs, not trying to prop up a “tyrant”.
