He left getting into his limo. The door was ambulance only. All very odd. He might as well have said his dog ate his homework. I dont see how twisting an ankle can cause a top arch bone fracture. Usually you see fractures of that nature from kids playing soccer and taking an incoming foot or cleet. or from other traumatic force applied. That type of injury doesnt seem consistent with the story. Probably a diversion at the least. My guess is he got angry about SOMEthing and kicked something like the edge of a chair or table causing the arch fracture.
