Pulled this from my Parler for you all to see here. I noticed the lettering on the door at about the 3 second mark of the Biden video on Trump's twitter. if you stop the video there you can see the lettering when his dark clothes give the lettering a background. I knew what it said but flipped the photo to mirror it back so you can read it.

I did see conversation online saying that Biden’s ambulance passed pedestrians who were excited and waved. “Biden’s ambulance passed us!”
