No, because the short-cut for the Kessel run only saves about 20 light years (18 parsecs to 12 claimed, saves six, equals ~20 light years).
Of course, if you consume some of your spice cargo along the way, then time itself can get a little... nebulous.

This being the case would put us closer to more theoretically inhabited planets upsetting Hawkin’s position that when we were further away we’d be less likely to be found by aliens.
