We lose. It takes 26 states, so we can’t spare any.
If she refused, her career would be finished.
There is no way that Cheney would deny the people of WY (who gave Trump, what, 69% of the vote?) her vote for Trump. Running for office in WY is her only marketable skill, and if she didn’t vote for Trump she’d be unemployed for good starting on January 3, 2023.
And if MMM holds on in the IA-02 recount (the Dems cheated in Scott County but still weren’t able to take the lead), the GOP will control a 27th state delegation.
