After seeing the mug shot, I don’t think I can trust the gender description of anyone involved in this fiasco.

The article might just as well have reported, "Police have apprehended Alan Gibson, 27, a White male of Jacksonville - who self-identifies as a 17-year-old Korean female dwarf named Her Eminence Alana Gibson, S.J., of the Holy Roman Empire - and charged her with the crime."
