Yeah, I do believe Trump knew about Dem election fraud. Been going on long time.. That is why there are so many incompetent dems in power. He seemed almost matter of fact post election night when he announced at the White House that he noted anomalous voting tallies.

You can read the whole order on federal register website. It seems to address either people working on behalf of forign entitied or foreign entities. My true or fantasy take on this is that Trump knew Hillary and other dems were working with foreigners re: election manipulation. I.e...servers in Spain or Germany. (33,000 emails might have been helpful).
So Trump knew that...and may soon expose it. Now he has executive order legal remedies against such people..including henchmen. Which is why the Dems so desperately HAVE to “win”. Just sayin’
