Happy Thanksgiving eve, friends
Thanksgiving slide - I’m doing the turkey today instead of tomorrow. Why? Because I’m working on Friday, 6 12-hour shifts in a row, so I’ll be making Turkey noodle soup tomorrow.
In the meantime, 2.5 days in the fridge wasn’t enough to thaw the bird so I had to resort to the cold water treatment. Nevertheless, the turkey, with stuffing, is now in the roaster. It is my first ever, so wish me luck...
