When does the Federal Doj case show up for flagrant violations of Federal laws? This is as if the South threw the election for Lincoln. That would have been grounds for war?

IIRC Sidney said they’d be filing a federal lawsuit.
This is like the South refusing to allow Lincoln’s name on the ballot so they could “truthfully” say that he did not receive a single vote in their state.
