This looks like a YUUUUUUUGE Victory, filed LATE tonight in PA.
The Court Order upholds the injunction against the Gov & SoS certifying the election, given that the MAIL-IN BALLOT PROCESS WAS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
The Judge opines that this view is likely to be upheld in the PA Supreme Court.
It appears to me that this court believes the remedy will be to throw out all the Mail-In ballots that were not requested with a constitutionally approved “Excuse.”
PA is the keystone!

That was my understanding when I read through it. It’s worth noting that once precedence is set other states are likely to follow suit. MI legislature is Republican as well. I believe AZ is too but don’t quote me on that.
Oh, and we got us our 14th U.S. House seat this morning. There are still 7 or 8 in contention and the Republicans are leading in all of them. He could win the House.
We must win the two GA Senate seats. The runoff election is on January 5th. GA must be settled and the Demonrats muct not be allowed to steal it. Because they will try.
