As I am a Southerner I hate to say it but Gen. Flynn would do better to emulate Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain if he wishes to lead a successful Gettysburg charge.

Chamberlain later received the Medal of Honor and was at Lee's surrender at Appomattox. He was a four term governor of Maine and still hold's the record for highest percentage of the vote at 72.1% in the election of 1868.
