Based on the hearing in PA, I don't think this state will even have to go to SCOTUS!

It appears to me the Republican legislature is thinking of doing the right thing, excluding fraudulent ballots and handing the EVs to Trump.

Makes me wonder if any down-ballot races will flip too.

I think you are right.
The only remedy in all the state cases is the state legislature handing the EVs to Trump.
