After 30 years I quit tobacco cold turkey about 5 yrs ago.
I need to stay young because.... what if you could take a couple dirt bikes and explore the west for 34 days? I live for this and I’m thankful I can do it and have the convictions to not let anyone talk myself out of it.

Good for you! I quit years ago (after about 8 yrs of heavy smoking) and I am glad I did. Daughter quit a few years ago after about 25 yrs of smoking. You can do it and you’ll be so glad you did.
