It is always this way — filing first, discovery follows, evidence and argument at court, not on TV for entertainment.
And we’ve also been watching cases get booted by judges after step 1 for not providing step 3 - or the ever-elusive standing where no one actually has standing despite clear-cut law.

The whole strategy is to get to the Supreme Court with these cases. Everytime a lower court dismissess one of these lawsuits in contrevention of the law and the Constitution it is simply a step on the way to the Supreme’s. Why do you think the Supreme Court district assignments were changed recently to place the Constitutionalist Justices in judgement of the state cases?
