Anything is possible. But screenshots of servers showing Trump winning VIrginia are not evidence. Here in VIrginia there has been massive fraud in Fairfax for a while now since the Dems took over. That could be a software "glitch" that flips votes. We know for a fact the machines can be "accidentally" misconfigured to do that (see Michigan). But the theory that the flipping is offshore in a server or controlled offshore makes no sense.
In my precinct (86-11 Trump) we are counted onsite with a ballot scanner. Many of the 1000+ ballots from my precinct were scanned that way https://www.elections.virginia.gov/media/grebhandbook/2020-individual-chapters/4_Voting_Equipment_(2020).pdf It's very likely those counts are accurate. But if they are not a hand recount could determine if they were accurate the first time. Those counts are sent to the county election night and from the county to the state. Any alteration of state, county, or precinct counts would be noticed. It's just not possible.

The counting could have been biased with double counting, misconfiguration, or skipping Trump ballots. Much of the fraud this year was likely to be in the mail-in ballots which were likely not properly checked for signatures and could arrive for three days after the election.

Exactly. What we have here almost certainly is a case of old fashioned ballot box stuffing in Dem controlled areas. The evidence free and fantastical Dominion server stuff takes the focus off that and just makes us all look unhinged.
