Background: Our 33-year-old son and I were discussing how I had been hoodwinked by the notion of multi-culturalism, thinking it was to garner appreciation for other cultures rather than having those mores and beliefs thrust upon me. He showed me a clip of Tim Pool talking with a black man - cannot locate the particular video at this moment - who used the term hotep. Neither son nor I knew the word, so I looked it up. Although I still do not fully grasp the concept (discussion welcome), seems that is what’s illustrated by this meme.
(An aside: When I initially encountered the term “meme,” which was introduced to me by our daughter who was about 16 at the time, I mispronounced it as /MiMi/, to daughter’s laughing chagrin.)
