As one who has done the highlights to blend the grey (and, yes, it is easier than covering the grey), I defitintely believe it is comms. DARK TO LIGHT. Remember when she wore the block chain dress on voting day? She sends silent messages all the time - for those aware enough to pick up on them. I have no clue about computer stuff, but I get fashion. 😊

Her outfit today might also be comms. The 3/4 sleeve swing coat with cowl neckline opening, worn with elbow length gloves, was a very popular look in the late 1950s-early 60s. See Doris Day and Audrey Hepburn films of the time, plus Jackie Kennedy’s wardrobes during her time as First Lady. The only thing missing is a pillbox hat. (Of course the above mentioned ladies didn’t wear 5” spike heel over the knee boots, either). 😄

I wonder if the black and white houndstooth check pattern for the coat has an additional meaning. I haven’t found any symbolism other than that the beloved University of Alabama coach, Bear Bryant, was partial to the pattern and apparently the University has tried to trademark it. They have been unsuccessful in this endeavor.
