Assuming "Of course this isn't true" is referring to her being the only one who can prosecute treason at a tribunal and not that she is registered as a military lawyer?
Per the link posted it appears that she is registered as a military lawyer:
Any military person can can retain civilian counsel in the event of a Court-Martial. It makes sense to get someone familiar with the procedure although that doesn’t always happen. So there is nothing remarkable about that phrase. The ‘of course that isn’t true’ is about the second part of the sentence. That would be remarkable but she would have to get a dispensation to act as a prosecutor since AFAIK she isn’t currently in the military. And with her involvement in these matters, she couldn’t be seen fairly as a judge. None of this reduces my admiration for her as an attorney and an American patriot. The headline was over-the-top.
