I think we're at RED1 because it seems like Castle_Rock is a higher level of tension than suspension of President Trump's Twitter. I think the list goes from one to 6

RED4 is troop movements and that seems like a higher tension level than RED1: Trump's Twitter and lower than RED6: Castle Rock (Cheyenne Mountain)? If peeps could set me straight....

I just saw a staged article saying some actor is demanding Twitter suspend Trump's Twitter account and I thought that was to get the ball rolling - Twitter will make that Trend to make it seem like "Everyone" on Twitter agrees.

I tried searching EAM on qalerts.app but there are too many drops. Before I stopped reading, I found EAM in a link but the link is dead.

The rest of the time for drops I read, the most common EAM hits were in the word Team. So if T is missing from Team th might that be a team without Trump?

I looked at all 143 drops and EAM was mentioned only once and that was in the drop you quoted. All other references were inside other words - lamestream, mainstream, team, dream and even scream.
