I’m no expert.

In the past, I have used “Video DownloadHelper”.

I’ve purchased a license for AVS which is a series of pretty good quality video production tools. When I purchased it a couple of years ago, it was around $50. It includes a good screen capture tool that includes video that can be saved to a file.

It’s works great for me. You can download MP4 or MP3.
