I’m currently of the opinion that _ is an and so 1st Marine and CPSD are different things. So, it’s not 1st Marine CPSD.

It’s 1st Marine and CPSD.

Just as the underscore sets 10th Mountain as an *and* to 1st Marine.

1st Marine could be the 1st Marine Regiment or the 1st Mar Div.

I don’t think the entire 1st MarDiv is going to deploy. So, I’m guessing it’s 1st Marine Regiment.
