Doesn’t her legal actions being divided from the Guiliani efforts actually help in the sense the two cases are separated? In other words, Doesn’t this clarify that the battle is being fought on two fronts and hence avoids them being thrown out or negated as a whole?? If by chance one fails, then there is a distinct effort on the other that continues.
