I forget who stated that but I talked to them recently.

Gifs and IN arrivals can help shake off the staleness of the old thread. Without a little break like IN threads could seem like an endless treadmill. That break seems to help.

THere are some who do not like IN posts and they wait for them to be over to arrive.
