Yup. Moved to ABQ in ‘63. Left in ‘67 after I joined the Navy. Lived there a few years after I got out of the Navy but couldn’t go there now if I wanted to.
My daughter is stuck there, she’s married to an Air Force officer. She spends her days looking at real estate back here in the south and just waiting til he can get orders out of there. She was in despair because she can’t get a turkey, nor any Turkey parts for Thursday. The weather is cold, windy, rainy and people are standing in line for hours on end.
