I’m particularly interested in those instances where the number of votes cast was greater than the number of ballots.
I'm confused. The first reply to Rudy's tweet says, "Do you realize we can see the results on the county website?" and links to https://www.waynecounty.com/elected/clerk/election-results.aspx. Under "Precinct by Precinct Reports", take "U.S. President" for example. I didn't see a single precinct where votes exceeded registered voters.
The anomaly I did see is in "Election Day" vs "AV Counting Board" voting. I assume the latter has to do with absentee voting. In the City of Detroit, election day turn out ranges between 10% and 25% of the vote, but there appear to be zero absentee votes. In other parts of Wayne County the "AV Counting Board" votes are as high as 60% or more, bringing total turnout for those precincts to 80% or more.
Why does the City of Detroit have zero AV votes and other areas 60% ? I don't get it.
