That will work IF the states’ election systems are cleaned out by that time. I know my state is rotten. Good point. Perhaps paper ballot, purple thumbs and voter ID will be in vogue before those elections occur. Otherwise, it's another opportunity to catch the bad guys doing what bad guys do.
