Dershowitz provided the roadmap in his interview with John Solomon.

1. PA and at least one other state are "Decertified", reducing Biden count below 270.

2. Election goes to the House, where President Trump is reelected, and Senate where Mike Pence is reelected.

NOTES:

A.Dersh says that SCOTUS will likely rule in Trump's favor against individual states PROVIDED his legal team can show that in such state there are enough "Illegal" ballots to bring that state's totals into question. (Rudy say's they already have this evidence.)

B. Dersh also stated that this (favorable) analysis DOES NOT EVEN TAKE INTO ACCOUNT the situation if Sidney Powell can prove fraud in the computers.
