I would prefer simply a link and a headline or opening paragraph. Did Ransom make a ruling? It is not an easy read on mobile for one and easier to read something which has bolds, colors, and ways to divide up the text into sections. That’s how my brain works and I think most people’s as well for visual/grammatic. Still sorting out a number of things today from various fronts and catching up for the day.
