Will Justice Kagan join the Majority against Criminal Joe Biden

Republicans have proven that the legacy of Ronald Reagan is the touchstone of most of America which is not the city state dictatorship. The US Census having been conducted and with the 2020 elections not stolen by Joe Biden’s syndicate, are poised to have State Republicans draw all the voting districts in 2/3rds of America. This is a catch 22 as most of the representatives will come from the metro city states like New York, Illinois and California, but an uneven political war is going to continue to rip the United States to being ununited.

There are more than enough illegal votes in Arizona, Wisconsin, Virginia, Minnesota, Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Nevada to give Donald Trump his landslide. That Trump landslide is where this appointment with destiny should begin as in each of those races, including Martha McSally are Senate and House Seats which would produce a majority for the GOP.

What this blog has been posting on though is this issue, and with McSally conceding as she is a deep state fraud, we have before us the reality that the powers that be are going to keep the House in jeopardy under Pelosi, and keep the Senate in jeopardy under McConnell. So stalemate or community organized Nazism will be the order for Biden or Trump. Neither will accomplish anything but lurching the United States closer to world war. Two years the United States will be pinned down under Joe Biden and two years the United States will be in turmoil under Donald Trump.
The convulsions across America and the world though will happen under Biden, in energy, stocks, money, invasion and what will fast form thee American Genocide.

For the GOP to trust in gerrymandering for a decade, negates what Joe Biden will do in days, in legalizing the invasion of the United States. The borders are filled with millions of coming invaders. The United States under Bush Obama started settling these vermin into Reagan states flipping them. They are the reason Biden had millions of illegal votes. This deluge is going to keep poring in, and as Lindsey Graham confirmed, Republicans will never elect another President again, the Congress will be overtaken by liberals and one by one, the states will become all foreign communist.

There simply is not resource in food, housing, water, and construction and industry to deal with the kinds of numbers which Joe Biden will allow in. The United States will become a rabid cancer which will devour itself. That is Biden policy in action and it is not going to stop as it has already been set in motion, and Kamala Harris is too feckless an incapable to lead. The fact is the United States does not have 2 more years to wait. The damage is accomplished and the nation will not recover.

The President has stated this will require 2 to 3 weeks to sort through in the courts to bring this to the Supreme Court for a decision. That translates to December 1st for this to be heard by Bunghole John Roberts and then ruled upon before the elections are certified.
There is a great deal of drama in this, as Pennsylvania’s fraud Secretary of State will attempt to certify for Biden, the Republicans of the Legislature will move to not allow this and should vote the delegates to Donald Trump in a check and balance.

This ends Joe Biden as anything presidential. Biden sits at 270 weak votes as they are fraud. One does not get to be President by FOX alone, and 269 votes makes you just another crook with 269 votes.

The President of the Senate, can actually not accept fraud states, another check and balance and the Articles on Presidential Votes, plainly state that the Senate votes and a majority of votes certifies the person who is President. Setting aside the Biden fraud states, and Donald Trump wins in the Senate.

This moves to the House and Donald Trump wins there due to Republicans who control the gerrymandering, control the states in greater majority than democrats.

The Sam Alito Supreme Court can either be seen as feckless or as taking the reality of elections and the Constitution as the basis of law. It was Bunghole John Roberts and the 4 liberals who extended vote counting if the ballots were stamped by election day. The Lame Cherry desires you to read that closely in Roberts led a group which legalized illegal voting, but they also narrowly set the limits in the ballots had to be postal stamped by election day. I repeat that this was a narrow liberal ruling withe Conservatives voting against.
The Lame Cherry submits that Anton Scalia’s lesbian duck hunting buddy, Justice Kagan might not be the rubber stamp vote for election fraud that everyone thinks these four liberals will be to steal this for Biden. Yes this group has proven it will destroy the rights of Americans in Obamacare, but this group also set a limit on voting.

This is not an issue of counting votes like Florida’s hanging chad of “intent”. What is at issue here are illegal votes. Votes which were counted which violated State laws. The law is exact in you can not count votes which are criminal.

Sam Alito already divided up the Pennsylvania vote, which means all votes. Votes on election day and votes which appeared later. Alito checked John Roberts and liberals allowing votes to be counted after the election. The issue is now not counting votes, but the State Right in the Constitution to set limits on voting, in the Executive and the Judicial can not change what the Legislative sets for voting.

There is the real possibility that Justice Kagan will vote with the majority to throw these fraud ballots out, producing a court of Roberts, Sotomayor and Breyer being the only votes for criminal voting.

Kagan is a liberal, but a liberal with limits. Her’s is the vote which has the power to save countless lives across the United States.
