So we’ve swung back around to “eggs are bad” again, eh? I remember they went from being a breakfast staple to a cholesterol trap, to nature’s perfect food, and now back to “diabetes risk”. Whatever sells papers, I guess.
It’s like watching a tennis match isn’t it.
If that study was true, by the end of the week, nearly the entire country would have diabetes.
My Grandmother smoked unfiltered Camel Cigs, drank Bloody Mary’s or Screwdrivers daily, ate Eggs daily and damned near raw Hamburger meat as in screaming hot pan put burger in it and pickup spatula, flip it and remove to consume. Raised 5 children by herself, made bombs for WWII. She lived to the age of 103. Based on that I don’t give a rats azz about what these food testers spew.
She also traveled around the World in Her spare time.
Only till next week when we will be told that eating 6-10 egss weekly cuts colorectal cancer risk by 60% and liver cancer risk by 90%.
