The strategy, I think, is to try to get the legislatures to withhold certification on the basis of massive election fraud. IF they refuse, then straight to court. Eventually a direct appeal to the Supreme Court bypassing the lower courts due to the urgency of the time and the lack of proper action at the state level. Prove fraud so massive that the only possible course is to exclude entire states thus denying either candidate 270 EVs and throwing it to Congress.
Just my opinion, but the number of remedies lower courts can impose are limited, i.e. have a do-over is out of the question, and while massive fraud may be provable, trying to tie it to specific counties may be impossible due to the information that has been lost, destroyed, or hidden.
It’s like they are going a different angle. They don’t seem to be worried about recounts or getting the illegal votes out of the count. Maybe going for a total revote.
Doesn’t matter what Rudy and Sindey feel about it. It will happen. I am absolutely frustrated by it - but it is the reality. Georgia election officials are being allowed to conduct signature validations without observation in total secrecy - which is just one of many aspects of this “recount/validation” that are utterly corrupt. This was suppose to be transparent to help restore faith in the system. Instead, these officials are making it LESS trustworthy. And this will mark the killer blow to the Trump campaign’s attempts to restore this nation’s election integrity.
