You a smart one.

Vewy Vewy twue.

> “You can persuade Republican legislators. Period. No one else. They send their Elector report to Pence for early January.”

Yah but maybe they don’t all certify and the Twump and the Bido don’t get 270. Then Congress gets to play and Trumpy wins (2nd pathway).

> “The fight starts and goes to the USSC. The fight MUST NOT BE ABOUT EVIDENCE ... But if you go in there talking about your evidence, you give the court some mechanism for refusal.”

Yep. Don’t give em any excuse to toss the pizza pie.

If there’s all this evidence, then we need indictments. In fact, that’s the only thing that will get the legislators, Congress and the Supreme Court to overturn an election - federal indictments of people who rigged the vote. If Barr doesn’t indict some people based on powerful evidence, I predict Biden will be inaugurated

The insufficient electoral votes strategy does not work.

The theory that you can just have state legislatures refused to send any electors and have an insufficient number for either candidate in Washington will fail.

Yes, the Constitution requires that the vote be by state delegation. And the Constitution says that should happen immediately. But immediately is never defined. That vote will never be scheduled

The president’s and vice presidents’s terms will expire and the speaker at the house will take office.

State legislatures must send Trump electors. There is no way around it. And they should not care a great deal because their own districts are already Republican and their seats are not in any risk.
