People are out busting their asses to analyze and collect evidence.
This is a perfect volley for a Sunday. This week is going to be red hot.
I honestly dont think they were trying to win those cases.
I think this is all a setup by Trump. He is taking these cases to state court to establish that he “tried” to stop the count, etc. And establish a litigation trail that shows that time and time again he told lower courts that IF they did not stop the counting, “irreparable” harm would be done. In other words... he is purposely losing these lower court cases and gambling everything on the supreme court. He will argue... since the lower courts did not heed his MANY warnings to stop the count that irrairable harm has been done and that nothing can undo it, and that the only recourse at this point is to throw out ALL the mail in ballots. Which is the same as declaring Trump the winner.
