Exactly. 'Tabulation Fraud Evidence' could just mean circumstantial overwhelming statistical anomalies so many standard deviations out of whack that it would take 10000000 elections to have that happen merely by chance ... and will a court call that evidence? (Surely courts DO take probably as evidence -> DNA for example, and far less statistically significant deviations / matches)
But then maybe they really do have some direct evidence such as source code or Dominion developers.
What ever it is ... it breaks this week, less possibly the week after or probably never (at least not soon enough to give Trump his election.)
The word is the Trump Team has had the Dominion source code turned over to them by insiders.
However writing code is not something done on the back of a match box. The code for the voting machines is probably 250.000 lines or more.
And more if the signature scanner is in the same machine.
Digging through it to find the magic module takes time.
Much easier if it is written in modules that are called when desired or needed, but not so easy if it was written in such a way as to be hard to find.
If it was written as it should be, there will be a module that is called whenever the number of ballots cast requires an adjustment to favor Biden...but life is rarely that easy.
Then after the code is found, no jury will ever understand it so in some manner acceptable to the judge, a method of running the software in a manner that will demonstrate its effects will need to be constructed. As contentious as this matter has become, I don't know if an expert witness would be enough.
With the deadlines required, someone is going to sweat blood.
