“Ballots counted without official observers presebt are ILLEGAL.
It’s the law.
That invalidates the 400,000 some-odd votes counted for Biden at 4am on Nov 4th.
Also a precinct in GA said they were finished counting for the night and after Republican poll watchers left, the Dems stayed on and counted votes. ALL ILLEGAL!
This is a no-brainer if brought before SCOTUS.

I’m also reading that the signed envelopes are required by law to be preserved for ballot canvassing. Instead, some districts have thrown them out.
If that’s the case then the vote count cannot be confirmed. Hence the election is invalid.
