That's not a way. The Constitution doesn't allow for a do-over -- until 2024. If the votes are thrown out, the 12th Amendment sends the election to the states, where each state legislature then chooses that state's electors. If the Electoral College can't select a President, the election goes to the House, with each state's House delegation getting one vote. Etc.
