Another person who I think is completely right.

Isn’t President Trump famous for doing the equivalent of releasing flares from a fighter plane? He messes with the enemy’s targeting by getting them to focus on one thing while he’s doing something bigger behind the scenes. Right now, he’s got everyone focusing on hand recounts and fighting for recounts.
