I am so bewildered by the headlines, I just stay here for the most part. I am so grateful for the livestreams of the hearings. It is the only news I trust anymore.

And, as that one marvelous IT witness said in Michigan, she has a sworn affidavit, the elected officials do not. And, I extend that sentiment to the press, big time. They have clearly learned that they can say any old thing that they please. Why listen to them at all?
