Exactly.
Perdue was up +6 and Trump was up +2.5 when the magically appearing absentee ballots from blue counties showed up on 11/4. Those ballots took Trump down to -.3 and Perdue just below 50%.
Loeffler was a different story, there were 21 candidates in that special election race and 6 republicans, so that one was always headed to the runoff. Again, it is crazy that they would have held a special election at the same time as a general, they should have had the special election earlier and then November would have been just between the democrat and republican
In any case, the answer is yes, there could be no need for a runoff if they uncover and reverse the fraudulent votes.
