Thinking about HANNITY suggesting POTUS pardoning himself before he leaves office. Did he get a ‘heads up’ on DURHAM’S elevated position?

Could Durham have been converted to Special Counsel because everything he’s been doing the last few years is now in order and ready to roll out? Or does this mean he starts a whole new investigation?
