You’re just making too much sense! Does the date and time show up on these?
I don't know anything about the software, but presumably the date & time would be logged in the machine - perhaps even stamped on each scanned ballot.
Even my GoPro camera puts the date & time on the video. I would expect the "great" Dominion Voting System would be at least as sophisticated.
