Ok, Batten's "reversal" was technical.

The thuggish COUNTY officials claimed they're not "under the control" of the SOS. Powell's request is perfectly fine to Batten, but only extends to STATE officials.

IMO Powell is amending brief to name "County officials" as co-defendants.

I said *IMO* Powell is amending briefs, she hasn't said that. She may also just file a second emergency declaration.

I'm surprised Linn didn't say that was a possibility?

Have to wait 2C, but it is clear Batten wants to enjoin the equipment. I'm sure Powell will reply soon.
