I never could keep that style of shoe on my feet! Doesn't matter if they're slippers or something like Crocs...any type of clog doesn't work for me. Need something at the heel.

My hands and feet are always cold and I never can find anything to keep either warm. Doesn't help I tend to run around barefoot in the house even in winter. LOL For my hands, I've tried ski/snowmobile gloves and mittens; layering silk gloves underneath the regular gloves; leather gloves. Nothing worked. Last year, my old supervisor gave me a pair of these:

They were so warm, I looked the company up and discovered they also make gloves, hats, joint warmers, throws and other things! I immediately ordered a pair of gloves last year. Don't get much opportunity to wear them since I work from home, but best I remember, they kept my hands warmer than anything I've found.

I have to be very careful in what I put on. I put the little paks inside my pocket and had warmers inside my boots for a baseball game. The next couple of days I could hardly walk. It might have something to do with my Raynauld's syndrome. I understand about having something on the heel. My granddaughter want to go barefooted in the house no matter what the season.
