Can the SC hear a case about fraud directly?
I guess, like hm has said, if there is no precedent and this case is original. I wonder if there’s ever been election fraud caught and taken to court in the past.
Plenty of election fraud cases. Remember one in particular in Lake County IN. It was during a primary. One democrat caught another cheating and turned him in. A third caught the second cheating and turned him in and the wife of the third (who was having an affair with one of the other testified Such a mess but one of those messes that helped state officials see the need for voter id. The losers went to prison for a couple of years.
These cases are of much higher level and appear more of a coup/treason NOT Just everyday vote stealing. More organized across state lines RICO and with repeated attempts to remove POTUS a motive other than just winning will be easy to prove. “The cover up is worse than the crimeâ€.
