Another way for Dems to cheat. This sounds quite similar to running Covid tests through so many cycles (I am not sure of the exact word.) that it picks up other viruses beyond just COVID-19. When the powerful decide to end the pandemic in the USA, all they have to do is decrease the number of cycles.

Science and technology in the 21st-century are very amazing but can be used for good or for evil.
