Wouldn't they already be registered to vote in the Senate runoff, if they were registered to vote in the 2020 election? Are these 900K new voters, who were NOT already registered in the 2020 election?

Who knows? A true audit of the ballots would tell, but that has not happened in any state that I am aware of.
The recount would not necessarily disprove the algorithm. The algorithm presented by Shiva in PA was weighted 130% for Biden and -30% for Trump. Breaking that down, one vote for Biden=3 votes for Trump. Given all they were able to manipulate, I am sure they could have come up with the ballots to match the numbers. They had a week, and enough blocking of GOP observers to accomplish this.
I do know that at least one election official in GA was told by the state to report the numbers that were given on election night even if the recount didn’t match. The counties that did report discrepancies, every one of them had their election officials fired. That is very telling.
They should be, but pretty much the SOS has said anyone who has registered by 12/7 can vote in the runoff

True, and not trying to be argumentative, but additional ballots later added to supposedly "true" the count, would not have been run through the machine, would they? If they were run through the machine, then the machine count would be further inflated.
If they took the machine, printed the scanned ballot images in the machine, and counted the scanned ballots by hand - 1 ballot, 1 vote - then this would reveal any algorithm applied when comparing the count of the scanned ballots to the manipulated outcome reported on Election Day?
That's a lot of "new" voters then.

Yep. The SOS talks big but what we have seen in practice is that he is turning a blind eye to massive fraudulent behavior, and in fact facilitated it through his illegal deal with Democrats in 3/20.
So my question would be, who would even follow up to see if all these folks planning to move here to vote are truly permanent residents? The SOS won’t. He has evidence that thousands of people voted in GA on 11/3 who are permanent residents in other states. He has proof that hundreds of AV votes came from USPS or UPS addresses. He has proof that many people’s AV votes were never counted (4 in my family alone!) and others who didn’t vote in their name had AVs cast in their name.
Yet he signed off on the same crappy procedures for the runoff and people are already receiving absentee ballots in GA who never requested them.
