Yes, I get that. But if it was outside the margin of error due to fraud, I don't understand why he should be responsible for paying for it. It doesn't make sense that you should pay for something that was done wrong - especially if it was intentionally done wrong.

I don’t think certifying is permanent. I think whoever does the certification is in trouble if it is found out they did it illegally, with fraud Etc involved.
Rudy also said they have a second lawsuit with the exact same goal. So why have two.?

I didn’t hear that. And it wouldn’t make any sense, her entire portion of the press conference was about the software changing votes. I tried to look for a transcript but all I could find was the mainstream media’s interpretation of the press conference. Those people are nuts. The funnest part is that this is going to go forward without them. And they will melt down even more.
