Every woman that I know that has abnormally large breasts wishes they were smaller. Seriously. And the older they get, the more they feel that way.
I have a co-worker who is unusually endowed. She’s my age and it’s EXTREMELY obvious that she relied on nothing but her physical attributes (and still does) to get by. She has all the men doing her work for her as she is dangerously unqualified for her title.
My sister got breast implants when she was in her 50s. She also got a timmy tuck and lipo at the same time. Now in her late 50s, she’s heavier than she has ever been and the huge girls just age her. Vanity is, well, vanity.
Small and firm so much better esp with sports. The French got it right. Size to fill champagne glass.

I have a friend who was a 42HH! She said it was a nightmare trying to buy clothes and a swim suit was nearly impossible and that the girls got in the way during sex according to her.
She went to the doctor for a reduction surgery and she could hear the doctor and nurses talking through the wall next door looking at her xrays and one said she’s got some whoppers and the doctor said ya think! She went from a 42HH to a 36D or E and has never looked more stunningly beautiful!
As for poor old Meredith I don’t think her boobs were the problem I think it was her glug-glug that got in her way more than the girls.
I was never cursed with large breasts. My mother was cursed and they caused her back pain.
I worked with a woman that breast reduction surgery. It helped her back considerably.
I can’t imagine having to walk around with all that weight trying to hunch you forward.
