I've been on FR for 20 years now (as of 11/29/2020), and many of you know me through my Tech Pings.
While I am not in any way a politician, I have been in charge of computers systems in both the financial and medical sector, and I have some questions about Dominion that some of you may be able to answer.
I have been in charge of systems (with companies you would all know, and some you would not know at all) that process 160 million financial accounts in a single night--every night of the week, every week of the year. This would include all the activities you would expect in a financial transaction--approval, withdrawals, deposits, contacting various *other* financial institutions to be sure both sides of the transaction were properly accounted for. It's how our economy works. This was back in the 90's, so I know that the ability to do so now has only been enhanced. This kind of load would not make any modern system even breathe hard. No state that I am aware of has that large of a population, so the processing would be quite a bit faster.
My experience in the medical IT field has also be extensive. This includes transactions that contain information that is highly confidential--more so that the financial ones--due to HIPAA. Both experiences include heavy experience with databases and other forms of data retention.
Here's my question.
We have all heard of a "glitch" in Dominion systems that flipped votes from GOP to Dem (never the reverse), yet media (even those on "our" side (Newsmax, OAN, etc)) never bring up this point--WHAT IN THE HECK IS DOMINION DOING?
Votes are supposed to be static pieces of information. NEVER should be "processed" AT ALL!
Votes, once cast, should be read-only database records, UNABLE TO BE CHANGED BY ANY MEANS!
So tell me again--what possible "glitch" could have caused this, and WHY did the software allow any data manipulation at all?
Secondarily, why do machine vote counts take so long?
The above is a link to numerous election datasets one can download for free for any data sluethers...
Yes. Very easy to do with modern printing systems.
The push to go to universal electronic voting was *intended* to facilitate fraud.
It is currently WAD (Working As Designed).
It's like saying Excel can't be trusted because I screwed up a formula in my worksheet.
bkmk
Here’s the code :)
election2020Compile_scanWhichBlackCircle_repOrDemonOrIndOrCons
0 = bidenVote
1 = trumpVote
time = nov32020 (0000 - 2100hrs)
begin ‘normalVoting’
timeNew = 0100hrs
begin ‘scam’
if bidenVote = 0 //**!— submit as biden vote
{ get 0 forBiden }
if trumpVote = 1 //**!— submit as trump vote + ahem
{ get 1 forTrump } ++ { changeNext 4 trumpVote to 4 newBidenVote }
else
{ pretend nothing to see here }
As an IT auditor for over 30 years (mostly for banks and financial processing companies), you are right that banks would get shut down if they ran their systems this way. There are so many technical security risks unaddressed and many manual operation of voter registration, poll check-in, ballot collection. Additionally manual management and operation of the systems allow so many different options of running the voting systems and processes. Not all of them are correct or secure or consistent. All of these different options allows for the introduction of fraud or error. However, outside of the computer, there are few, if any, records kept of decisions or instructions provided.
"The EMS system creates media for the voting and tabulating equipment. CFast cards are used to load election definitions on to the ImageCast Precinct. USB thumb drives are used to load election definitions on to the ICX BMD"
Here is your vector for introducing altered code via the election definitions. It's where a code verification should look closely at.
Even following that interpretation, it would demonstrate the following:
'Excel + your configuration = bad output'
Similarly here, in the overall context of the discussion:
'Electronic Voting Systems + improper control = stolen election'
That is, ultimately, the allegation. So what do we know about this person who supposedly configured this machine improperly? Pertinent, no?
Here’s the link to the Dominion User Manual on the CO web-site. Better download it before it disappears.
You don't see outrage or questions because the 'mistakes' were within the political realm.
If these 'mistakes' had happened in ATM machines... and changed people bank balances, this would be STORY OF THE DECADE.
In short, democrats have conditioned us to expect voter fraud... And they've conditioned citizens to accept fraud or be hung out to dry and humiliated by corrupt press thugs. Have you noticed how fearful our elected officials are of standing up to democrats? That takes years conditioning...and the use of mayor psychos...

Ping!
Who cares if Kemp doesn’t “get behind” the GOP legislature. The Pubbie lawmakers should act to clarify rules on residency for voting in runoffs, stipulating only those that have previously voted in Georgia’s election this year can participate. If Kemp refuses to sign the bill, he puts a target on his back. So be it.
software only does what it is coded to do. Executables can programmed to perform any task that a CPU can handle.
