You miss read Barrs statement. The statement was that things which would not shift the election will be sidelined until after the certification, but WILL be investigated and prosecuted then.
What you did not quote was things 5hat involve fraud WILL be investigated now, even before certification.
Barr opened the flood gates by bypassing the guy holding the doors shut.
Barr said that the Durham report would be released before the election. He failed to produce it (was anyone surprised?) and it remains unclear that he will investigate or prosecute anyone.
Barr is weak and he is not a leader. He’s a talker.
